BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT POLICY
A deposit of 30 % is requested at booking time, a booking will only be confirmed
when the deposit is on the account of Camp Kwando.
The balance of the invoice is due in full 30 days prior to arrival at the lodge.
CANCELLATIONS
In case of cancellation of a booking, following policy applies (% of total invoiced amount) :
45 days or more prior to arrival : 10 %
30 to 44 days prior to arrival : 30 %
15 to 29 days prior to arrival : 70 %
14 days or less prior to arrival : 100% |
